Frequently Asked Question: What is a Peak Travel Time?

Eligibility for Services
All dogs must complete a Evaluation before they are eligible to book any services at Scout’s Honor. This allows our team to assess temperament, social skills, and overall comfort in our environment so we can provide safe, appropriate care.
To maintain eligibility, dogs must attend Scout’s Honor at least once every 6 months. This helps ensure we can consistently support your dog’s behavior, needs, and comfort level over time.
Daycare:
If a dog has not visited within the past 6 months, they are required to complete a paid re-evaluation day before returning to daycare. This ensures their behavior is current and that they are still a good fit for group play.
Boarding:
For dogs preparing for an overnight stay who have not visited within the past 6 months, we require 1–3 days of daycare or a 1-night boarding stay prior to their reservation. This transition period helps us reintroduce them to the facility, evaluate their comfort level, and set them up for a successful stay. The exact requirement will depend on each dog’s previous history at Scout’s Honor and is determined at management’s discretion.
