What is a Peak Travel Time?
Like a hotel we require additional staff when we are at our busiest to ensure the quality of care remains the same. Peak Travel Times are identified on our website calendar and may carry additional fees from $5-$25/night for boarding reservations only.
Dogs are thoughtfully matched with cabin accommodations based on their size to ensure everyone stays comfortable and relaxed.
Pups from the same household are welcome to share a cabin, as long as they get along well and don’t show signs of aggression, resource guarding, or other behaviors that might put either dog at risk. If two housemates sharing a cabin begin to show concerning behaviors toward one another, we will separate them into their own cozy cabins to keep everyone safe and happy.
Frequently Asked Question: Is there a discount for multiple dogs staying in one cabin?
We don’t offer a discount for sharing a cabin. Even when two pups stay together, each dog still receives the same individual attention, care, and supervision to ensure they’re happy, healthy, and comfortable throughout their stay.
Reservations in advance are required for all services. Reservations can be made through your customer portal, using our website live chat, or texting 833-765-1855 (existing customers only).
Daycare:
All daycare services are reserved for Pack Members. All non-pack member daycare reservation requests are waitlisted. If Pack Members do not claim their spaces, waitlisted reservations are approved in the order they are received by 12 PM the day prior to the reservation beginning. Booking 4-6 weeks advance notice is recommended during Peak Travel Times.
