member pricing: beginning 6/1
Starting 6/1 all non-pack members will pay $5 more per core service. This is not a decision we made lightly. This April, we were blindsided by our credit card processor announcing they were significantly increasing our credit card processing fees. Our credit card processing fees have always been included in the cost of each service. Member pricing was developed to offset our new expense.
We're offering non-members the chance to join Pack Membership by the end of this month to receive a waived activation fee with the purchase of a discounted boarding or daycare package PLUS a free enrichment package for your dog.
At this time, we have no intention of raising prices for Pack Members in 2025.

Pack Membership must be active until all package credits have been redeemed.

If pack membership is cancelled while package credits are unredeemed, the card on file will be charged for the discount received on this sale.

Peak period fees still apply with the purchase of a boarding package

Deposits for boarding reservations are still required. Whatever deposit amount is not consumed by incidentals will be refunded at the end of the boarding reservation.
